We’re a small group of people who build real businesses on their own — SaaS, apps, services — and use AI every day to do it. Most of us are technical, not all of us are. What we share: we want our work to make the world a bit better, not just make money. And everyone here knows something the others don’t, so we learn from each other.

You’re a fit if…
You’re a solo founder or a very small team
You build and run the business yourself (max. 2–3 people; freelancers and contractors you hire are fine).
You’re based in Switzerland
You live here or your company is registered here.
You’re already on the journey
A live product, paying customers, or a registered company. Not “I have an idea”.
You want to make the world a bit better
Money matters — it keeps you going — but it isn’t the point. You want your work to leave things better than you found them.
AI is core to how you work
You use it daily for building, marketing, ops or support — and you want to get better at it.
You’re technical — or you bring something else
Most of us build the software ourselves. If you don’t, you bring other expertise: sales, design, law, finance, a domain we know nothing about.
You want to teach and to learn
Everyone here knows something the others don’t. You share what you know and are curious about what you don’t.
You can communicate in English or German
Most of what we share is in English; German is welcome.

Why this exists
I’m Boas, solo founder of BetterWorldApps in Basel. I build with AI every day and kept wishing I had a handful of people on the same path to compare notes with — people who want to build something good, not just something profitable. So I’m starting this. If this appeals, write me.
